School Uniform
Uniform is a massive expense for families. Pelican Parcels is here to help and can provide non-branded school uniform, black school shoes and PE trainers for children.
Pelican Parcels is a charity that works with disadvantaged families in Brighton & Hove.
Our vision is a community in which families and carers all have the essentials for their children. We take pre-loved and new item donations for babies and children up to age 12, and redistribute them to families facing financial hardship via various family services.
We need our community to help provide school uniforms for local primary school children. In 2022 we are again supporting a selection of primary schools in the city’s most deprived areas and need your help to provide uniforms, school shoes and PE trainers for these children.<
If you want to help items needed include;
– phonics and fact books for primary school children
– decent stationary; pens, sharpeners, scissors, glue sticks, notebooks etc
– white or sky blue polo shirts,
– black or grey trousers and shorts
– black or grey skirts and pinafores
– blue or red gingham dresses
– burgandy, red or navy jumpers and cardigans
– navy PE shorts or jogging bottoms
– white PE t-shirts
– grey or white socks
– grey winter girls tights
* Please note we will not be accepting donations of used shoes/trainers as we will provide these new for children.
You can buy new uniform and donate it directly to us, many local shops have good quality items such as Asda and M&S
